NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of
Trustees of the Incorporated Village of
Lynbrook will conduct a special meeting on
Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 7:00 PM to reopen a
Public Hearing held on June 3, 2013 to
consider a request to discontinue part of
a street known as Central Avenue, between
Hempstead Avenue and Grace Avenue pursuant
to Village Law §6-614; and, under SEQRA
Regulations, to determine whether the
proposed discontinuance would cause a
significant negative impact on the
environment; said Public Hearing will be
held at the Village Hall, One Columbus
Drive, Lynbrook, New York.
All interested persons will be
heard during the Public Hearing at the time
and place aforementioned.

A.M. at which time they will be publicly
opened and read for furnishing the

CONTRACT
Each bidder is
required to attach a non-collusion statement
pursuant to Section 103 of the General
Municipal Law. Contract documents may be
picked up at the Office of the Village Clerk
in the Village Hall between the hours of
8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified
check or bank check payable to the
Incorporated Village of Lynbrook in the
amount of $4,000.
The Board of Trustees reserves the
right to reject any and all bids if they are
not in best interest of the Village.
